Shipping Policy

All products available in our store are high-quality imported items (bearing all internal and external seals and certifications of the brands) and are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers (primarily located in Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand, or China) to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery takes an average of 10 to 25 business days after payment confirmation, depending on location and time of year.
  • Products are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed in our system.

Note: In some cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, high demand periods at the postal service (CTT), or other situations beyond our control.


Total Guarantee

Our store ensures the delivery of your order and takes full responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the shipping process.

  • All shipments include insurance against loss and free online tracking.
  • If your order is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days after shipment, the full amount paid will be 100% refunded.

Rest assured: Even in cases of delays or multiple shipments, the customer will not incur any losses.


Multiple Packages

For bulk orders, it is possible to receive more than one package, as products may come from different suppliers. Receiving one product first and another later is entirely normal.


Tracking and Delivery

We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor the delivery progress of their order.

  • Products are delivered via CTT.
  • A tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available (usually between 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation).

Important Information and Necessary Precautions

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Our store will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, ensure the address is filled out accurately.

  • We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect address details provided during the purchase.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be re-sent, and no refund will be issued.

Absent Recipient
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your products.

  • CTT will attempt delivery. If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest agency, and the recipient must collect it within the established period.
  • Failure to collect the package will result in its return to the sender.
  • For a re-shipment, the customer must pay for a new shipping fee and wait for the package to be returned to the sender—a process subject to customs and postal timelines.

Taxed or Duty-Charged Products

Our products are exempt from customs duties. However, if any taxation occurs, the full amount will be paid by us.
